Swindon U18 Cougars become  Telford U18 Tournament Champions 2008 !

Swindon U18 Cougars emerge winners of  the Telford Tournament beating Mancherster 18s  in an exciting final 4 - 1. The Cougars performed magnificently over the weekend not losing one game. The final was set to be an exciting finale  after Swindon drew with Manchester in the 2nd game of the round robin stage.

Swindon U14 Pumas become  Sheffield U14 Tournament Champions 2008 !

Swindon u14 Pumas knocked out the home team favourites Sheffield  in a thrilling semi final that saw Swindon recover from the jaws of defeat.  3-1 with less that 2 minutes to play, Jack O'donnell scored two magnificent penalties to draw us level and tie the game 3-3 at full time, the game was eventually won in a penalty shoot out, Rachel Pullen continued to show fantastic form and shut out Sheffield's three penalty takers whilst Jack deeked the netminder one final time to score the winner, a fine performance from all the team.

The final was against Whitley Bay who had knocked out Romford in their semi final; Whitley were a team that Swindon had lost too in the early qualifying rounds 3-1 however the team were on a high from their semi final success and looked like a different team when the two sides met in the final this time Swindon emerged the victors 1- 0
